Steve Ludmer
Co-Founder

Steve started his career with The Monitor Group, a global management strategy consulting organization, based in Cambridge, MA. Steve worked for several years as a generalist in the strategy group, consulting for Fortune 1000 firms. After moving to NYC and assuming a managerial role, he began focusing on strategy and Organizational Dynamics. Steve has experience with organizational change initiatives, organizational re-structuring, and cross-team collaboration projects. Other experiences include helping to found a Boston- based startup and planning and executing a successful turn-around effort for a multi-state service business. Steve is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with concentrations in Management, Marketing, and Information Systems.

Avinash G. Samudrala
Co-Founder

Avi began his career at CSFB working as an investment banker in NYC. At CSFB he worked on a number of M&A and financing transactions, both domestic and international. After CSFB, Avi joined Olympus Partners, a generalist middle-market private equity firm in Stamford, CT. Avi was most recently at AEA Investors, a private equity firm in NYC, and was focused on consumer products and services. His responsibilities included identifying and analyzing new investment opportunities, leading business and financial due diligence and strategic guidance of current portfolio companies. Avi graduated with a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
