|Is there an initiation or start-up fee?|
No. There is no fee to join. You pay a monthly subscription fee as detailed on the sign-up page.
|How do I interact with my Dedicated Assistant?|
Treat your DA as you would your assistant at the office. Give a clear and detailed description of your task or request and also provide any guidance you have (data sources, people to call, etc.) on how to go about executing it. Your DA will work his best to complete your task or request but often you have a base level of information on the request that needs to be communicated to us.
|Is my DA the only person doing the work?|
Your DA is supported by a team of specialists in our Research Desk that have expertise in various fields such as internet research, data entry, travel, document editing, etc. When you have a large or specialized task, your DA will forward your task to the Research Desk and provide guidance until completion.
|How safe is my data?|
We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe and protected. Agents can't see any of the passwords you have provided in the AskSunday Portal.
|Does unused time roll-over to the next month?|
No, unused time expires at the end of your billing cycle.
|How much notice do I have to give in order to stop my membership?|
You can cancel service at any time by emailing, calling, or unsubscribing via the Portal before your next billing cycle begins.
|Can I share my membership with other people?|
Dedicated Assistant plans can be shared amongst anyone in your office, family or circle of friends.You can add permitted users in the AskSunday Portal.
|Can people sign up who are outside of the US, Canada, UK or Australia?|
Yes. AskSunday does currently service members from around the world but our requests must be English-based (e.g., we can't call a shop in Germany and speak to them in German).
|What is AskSunday’s refund policy?|
Once membership fees have been processed, we are unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle.
|Can AskSunday perform work in languages other than English?|
Our agents can only handle requests submitted in English.
|Are there any numbers in the US, Canada or UK that AskSunday can’t call?|
AskSunday is unable to call premium or pay-per-minute numbers (e.g., 1-900 in the US and 0844, 0870, 0871, 09 in the UK).
