| No. There is no fee to join. You pay a monthly subscription fee as detailed on the sign-up page.

| How do I interact with a Sunday Agent? |
| Treat the Sunday Agents as you would your assistant at the office. Give a clear and detailed description of your request and also provide any guidance you have (websites, people to call, etc.) on how to go about executing it. We will always try our hardest to answer your question but often you have a base level of information on the request that needs to be communicated to the Sunday Agents.

| How safe is my data? |
| We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe and protected. Agents can't see any of the passwords you have provided in the Sunday Portal.

| How do I know Sunday has received my email request? |
| We will send you back a confirmation email within about fifteen minutes.

| If you are not able to complete my request (e.g., the restaurant does not have any more tables at my preferred time) then is a reservation at another restaurant on the same night considered a second request? |
| We attempt to take a holistic view of requests. In this example, we see this as a request to make a restaurant reservation for you for a certain date / time. We will work with you to find a reservation that works for your needs in that rough timeframe. If we are unsuccessful, it will still count as a request as we cannot be responsible for restaurant availability.

| How does Sunday charge for messenger / time services? |
| Sunday has a published rate sheet which it uses to calculate service charges. Rates are based on distance traveled, weight of items and duration and time of request. Your authorization is required before any additional services are performed / billed.

| Do unused queries roll over to the next month? |
| No, unused queries expire at month-end.

| How much notice do I have to give in order to stop my membership? |
| You can cancel service at any time by emailing, calling, or unsubscribing via the Portal before your next billing cycle begins.

| Can I share my membership with other people? |
| No. Sunday’s systems are set-up for individual accounts and, as such, it is not possible for agents to handle requests from different people on one account properly.

| Can people sign up who are outside of the US, Canada, UK or Australia? |
| Yes. Sunday does currently service members from around the world but our requests must be English-based (e.g., we can't call a shop in Germany and speak to them in German).

| What is Sunday’s refund policy? |
| Once membership fees have been processed, we are unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle.

| Can Sunday perform work in languages other than English? |
| Our agents can currently only handle requests submitted in English.

| Are there any numbers in the US, Canada or UK that Sunday can’t call? |
| Sunday is unable to call premium or pay-per-minute numbers (e.g., 1-900 in the US and 0844, 0870, 0871, 09 in the UK).

| How do you define a request vs. a project? |
| A request is generally defined as a short, consumer-related task to be carried out via phone or Internet. Examples of requests include booking travel, making reservation reservations, doctor/haircut/service appointments, bill dispute, etc. Projects are more involved tasks that can be personal or business related. Our Projects team is designed to help members with tasks such as one or more hours of data entry, internet/phone-based research, and other relatively straight-forward projects. The Sunday Projects division bills separately on an hourly-basis for its time. Any project work and pricing is agreed to in advance by the member.

| How does Sunday bill? |
| Monthly Memberships: Monthly plans will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month. If you joined mid-month, your first charge with Sunday will be a prorated amount based on the days remaining in the month you signed-up. We will bill the monthly subscription fee to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew for successive monthly subscriptions, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's subscription fees to your credit card. Other services, such as payments for Sunday Projects, messenger service, etc., are bill as incurred using your credit card on file.
Quarterly Memberships: Quarterly plans will be automatically renewed 3 months from the date of sign up using the credit card provided during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew for successive quarterly subscriptions, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each quarter in order to avoid billing of the next period's subscription fees to your credit card. Other services, such as payments for Sunday Projects, messenger service, etc., are bill as incurred using your credit card on file.
